Kevin is knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. He helped my wife and me get into our first home. We were actually pretty nervous getting into the home-buying process, as we heard horror stories from friends and family. Our situation was a little more pressing and complicated, as we were from out of town and new to Sarasota. We had already had some poor experiences at open houses in the weeks prior to meeting Kevin. He came highly recommended to me, and over the course of a few weeks were in our new home. He worked around our schedule between work, school, childcare, you name it. We just gave him our bucket list, and he found what we were looking for. I met Kevin representing the seller on the purchase of my house in Sarasota. Even though he was representing "the other side," I found him to be forthright and an integral part of getting 2 parties to agree for a win-win. Very helpful in systematically working on contract details to deal with some issues within the home. He is a smart guy on the nuts and bolts and not the typical BS real estate agent that does nothing more but collect a commission, which is why I don't like real estate agents. He also has good contacts in the various trades if repairs or remodeling is needed. I'd recommend using Kevin either when buying or selling, as he gets it.
