Before entering real estate, Kevin spent more than 20 years as an Information Technology executive, where he developed strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. That technical background, combined with years of hands-on experience buying, renovating, marketing, and managing residential properties, provides his clients with a strategic advantage throughout every stage of a real estate transaction.
